Job description
- Ownership of the full architecture: from business case & requirements to acceptance testing and delivery
- Translating business needs into scalable and sustainable architectural solutions
- Designing and governing a microservices architecture
- Ensuring solutions align with the overall enterprise architecture
- Providing technical expertise in the development and optimization of ICT applications
- Supporting development teams with complex technical challenges
- Documenting and maintaining up-to-date architectural documentation
- Active participation in the architecture network
Requirements
- Very strong knowledge of Java application architecture
- Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift and containerization
- Good knowledge of communication techniques between applications
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, SOA, microservices
- Experience with JEE application servers (especially WebLogic)
- Familiar with UML diagrams, web interface design
- Analysis of DB2 explain plans
- Nice to have: experience with Dynatrace and/or Instana
