The third way creates a culture of continual learning and experimentation by using retrospectives and sprint reviews to improve daily work processes.
Understanding the principles behind DevOps helps teams flexibly adopt practices, advocate for change with customers, and know when the overhead of a practice is not worth it.
Successful DevOps adoption requires adapting agile ceremonies for remote work and addressing cultural resistance to change across different roles like dev and ops.
