Enjoy a collaborative work environment and innovative opportunities., Join Lombard Odier's Technology & Operations department within the Content and Communications team, responsible for the content management platform and the production/distribution of client and partner documents., We are looking for a Full-stack AI/ML Developer and Reporting Designer to participate in the development of our new banking technology platform, which is also made available to other Swiss and European private banks.
Integrated into the product teams, you will bring expertise at the intersection of LLM and software engineering applied to finance: augmented document research (RAG), orchestration and optimization of inference (on-prem/cloud), integration of models into front-office workflows, and automation of production reporting. You will industrialize the generation and customization of documents via the Quadient Inspire suite (templates, components, workflows, and publishing), ensuring quality, traceability, and end-to-end auditability. You will evolve within an agile organization, close to end users and the business, working with modern and proven technologies.
YOUR MISSION
- Contribute to the development of our content management applications and the production/distribution of documents.
- Understand user needs, problems to solve, and technical constraints.
- Propose and implement appropriate technological solutions considering the aforementioned aspects.
Requirements
- Master's in computer science with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and strong communication skills., * Master's degree in computer science with specialization in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics from one of the Swiss polytechnic universities.
- First professional experience or significant internship in application development, reporting, or document tools.
- Computer Vision: Mastery of LLM/VLM applied to documents (RAG, visual extraction, layout understanding).
- Experience in detecting document anomalies (visual controls, semantic coherence, business rules).
- Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
- Experience in LLM engineering: fine-tuning, quantization, RAG (LangChain/LangGraph), and orchestration (LlamaIndex).
- Knowledge of the Angular web application development framework.
- Experience with containers (Dockers / Kubernetes) and DevOps.
- Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good analytical skills and ability to abstract in order to identify and explain the problem to be solved before thinking about solutions.
- Ability to give constructive feedback and willingness to receive it.
- Demonstrates great autonomy.
- Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate there
