Job description
- Lead and manage end-to-end data migration projects involving Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Oversee and mentor international team of data migration specialists, ensuring qualitative delivery, and supporting professional growth.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide a customer-oriented approach to data migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration with other business processes and systems.
- Oversee and ensure qualitative implementation of ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient data migration.
- Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Engineer to lead large-scale data migration projects for CRM and ERP systems, with focus on Salesforce and SAP. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex data migration projects, background in ETL development, team leadership, and client coordination., * Extensive track record of leading complex data migration on the system integrator side, preferably with a focus on leading ERP/CRM platform such as Salesforce and SAP.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and leading small to medium-sized teams.
- Excellent client coordination skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of data migration challenges and best practices for overcoming them.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical background enabling qualitative ETL development.
- Fluent in written & spoken Dutch or French and English are a must.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SSIS.
- Experience with other data migration tools and technologies.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
